Ryan Short, 35, pleaded guilty after fondling a 16-year-old girl — while he was dressed in a Winnie the Pooh Halloween costume. The girl — an employee at a store in Peterborough, Ont., Canada — said Short came into the store on two occasions and groped her, and made her touch him sexually. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, to be served on weekends. (RC/Peterborough Examiner) ...Why that costume? No pants. Why just weekends?
