A Happy, Happy Birthday
Felicia A. Smith, 42, seems to really know how to give a birthday lap dance. According to witnesses, she sat the object of her desire down, did a “full contact lap dance” including rubbing her hands all over his body, and at the end she got onto her knees and pushed her head between his legs to tell him, “I love you baby. Happy birthday!” But the four-minute performance may cost Smith her job: she’s a teacher at Stovall Middle School in Houston, Texas, and the “baby” that she “loves” is one of her students. She did the dance in her classroom at the urging of the boy’s classmates, who watched the whole thing — and captured it on video. Smith has been charged with having an improper relationship with a student, a felony, and was released on $30,000 bail. “The teacher was removed from the campus during the investigation,” the school district said, “and has not returned.” (RC/Houston Chronicle, KHOU Houston) ...But she’ll be appearing nightly at the Kit Kat Klub all next month.Story Update: Smith pleaded guilty to the felony, and was sentenced to three years of deferred adjudication, which means if she stays out of trouble, her record will be cleared.
