A Light in the Attic

Michelle Brown was sitting in her Kansas City, Mo., home with her five children when they heard a loud boom from the attic. “We were in my daughter’s room watching TV when we heard the noise,” she said. Later, Brown’s son was leaving for the store when he identified the source of the boom. “He said, ‘Momma there’s a truck in the ceiling!’” Brown said. Sure enough, there was an SUV in their attic with three people inside. Police believe the driver was speeding down the road when the SUV went up onto Brown’s lawn, which acted like a ramp and sent the vehicle into the attic. (MS/KMBC Kansas City) ...They JUST missed the drive-through window.
