All Aboard!
Officials of California’s Bay Area Rapid Transit system are decrying an online video of a man and woman engaging in sex aboard a moving BART train. The video was apparently shot with a cell phone by another passenger across the aisle. BART has its own transit police force, and the state recently enacted a new law banning certain behaviors on the system. “Lewd activity is not only highly inappropriate on BART, it is illegal,” noted BART spokeswoman Alicia Trost. “It can and will get you banned from the entire system.” BART police are keeping an eye out for the couple, and will ban them if they identify them. So far, neither the couple nor the videographer have been identified.
