Michelle Kazmierczak, 46, a fifth-grade science teacher in Elyria, Ohio, sent her daughter’s boyfriend a topless picture of herself, police say, but it was exposing herself to his father that turned out to be the bigger mistake. Tyrone Price, 38, is accused of attempting to blackmail her: first demanding an Xbox and then — when Kazmierczak warned that this would alert her husband — cash. Price’s lawyer says that he wasn’t trying to blackmail her, but rather she was trying to escape responsibility for the pictures. Kazmierczak is charged with a misdemeanor, and has been suspended from her teaching job with pay; her lawyer said she’s a victim and is cooperating with the authorities. Sheriff’s deputies said she sent the pictures to Price’s son, an eighth grader from another district, after he compared her to her daughter.
