Bitterly Regrets Getting Caught

“He bitterly regrets his actions,” the attorney for Neal Marshall, 59, told magistrates in Chester, England. “He never intended to be seen by a member of the public.” But indeed he was: a woman called police to report Marshall was without clothing on the North Cheshire Motorway, and “indecently touching himself” as he drove. He was in court on a charge of outraging public decency. Defense attorney Adrian Evans admitted Marshall’s actions were “bizarre,” but said the man got “carried away” during a “messaging conversation” — which explanation no doubt led to a silent stare from magistrates. “This does not excuse his actions but it goes a way to explain why he was seen doing it,” Evans added. Marshall was sentenced to a year of “community order” and supervision, and ordered to pay court costs. The sentence was doubled from six months because this was Marshall’s second offense. (RC/Chester Chronicle) ...Caught twice? Then we have to wonder how many times he did it without getting caught.
