Buckle Up

Police received a call about a woman driving with unrestrained children in Allentown, Penn. An officer spotted Kathleen Gannecilli, 42, fueling her car, and stopped to ask if her children were buckled up. Gannecilli allegedly jumped into her vehicle and drove off — snapping the fuel hose that was still inserted into her gas tank and dragging it along behind her. The officer pulled Gannecilli over and says her three children, aged 2, 5, and 7, were not buckled in or in car seats. Charges will be made once results from a blood test are received. (MS/Allentown Morning Call) ...Are they testing for alcohol, drugs, or just positive signs of an obliviot?
