Call That Man an Ambulance

Police in Greece, N.Y., got a call that a car had hit a deer. The men in the car stopped, and there was some sort of argument going on. As officers headed toward the scene, the men got into their car and left, but witnesses said they knew where the men were going: the hospital. No, the men were not hurt in the collision: they were taking the deer to the hospital for emergency treatment. Another patrol car intercepted the men and sure enough, the deer was in their car — but had died. The driver, Andrew Caswell, 29, was charged with driving while intoxicated. (RC/Rochester Democrat & Chronicle) ...The good news, they were doing mouth-to-mouth on the deer. The bad news, that’s what killed it.
