Can’t Stop this Feeling

A 20-year-old man from Park City, Utah, was distraught over problems he was having with his girlfriend. So, when Wasatch County Chief Deputy Sheriff Jared Rigby tried to pull him over for driving 15 miles an hour over the speed limit, he didn’t stop. “He’d had a bad morning and wasn’t stopping for the cops,” Rigby explained. “It was nothing more than that.” During the chase, a dispatcher notified Rigby that the man had called in and said “that he was not going to stop and that I needed to leave him alone,” according to Rigby’s report. When that didn’t work, the man called his father, who tried unsuccessfully to convince his son to stop. Eventually, troopers set up tire spikes to force him to stop, and the man (police didn’t release his name) was taken into custody. (MS/KSL Salt Lake City) ...He’s calling the judge to tell him to leave him alone, too.
