Chopper Chop Chop

Bryan Law, 57, protested the joint Australia-U.S. military exercise “Talisman Sabre” being held in Rockhampton, Qld., Australia: he allegedly attacked a military helicopter with an axe. He now faces multiple charges, including trespassing, possession of tainted property, breach of bail conditions, and two counts of willful damage. He explained his reasons in a statement: “In a new and symbolic way I was fulfilling the ancient prophecy of Isaiah: ‘They will beat their swords into ploughshares; their spears into pruning hooks.’ (Isaiah 2:4)” (MS/Australian AP) ...“The mouths of fools are their undoing, and their lips are a snare to their very lives.” (Proverbs 18:7)
