Copping a Feel

A Madison, Wisc., man saw a woman on a bicycle and gave her a slap on her behind as she passed by. That was bad enough, but in the process he touched her service weapon — she was an on-duty police officer, presumably in uniform, patrolling as “Freakfest” was ending. The officer dismounted and handcuffed him. Taylor Valentine, 21, “apologized profusely before getting a citation” alleging disorderly conduct, a police spokesman said. (AC/Madison Capital Times) ...I wonder whether he still likes women in uniform.
