Karie Lindgren, 36, of Tarpon Springs, Fla., tried to feed a wild duck a piece of candy — and was outraged when it wouldn’t take the unhealthy treat. A witness says she “stalked” the duck in her car and, when she got the chance, drove across a lawn “at a high rate of speed” to run it over. It was killed.
