Dirty Crime
Police arrested Lawrence Deptola, 49, in Utica, N.Y., after he allegedly attempted to rob three banks. Despite the three tries, he did not get any money, possibly because of the weapon police say he used: a toilet plunger. Outside the third bank, Deptola approached an unmarked police car, but ran when he realized who the occupants were. Officers caught up with him and took him into custody.
