Dress for Success

When a Daytona Beach, Fla., police officer tried to pull over Marvin Morris Jr, 29, he made a run for it. Morris sped away, but crashed into a tree. He then attempted to run, but according to the arrest affidavit, his baggy shorts fell down around his ankles twice, tripping him the second time. Because of his awkward wear, the officer was able to catch up with and Taser him, and make the arrest. Morris was convicted of trafficking in cocaine, attempting to flee or elude law enforcement, driving on a revoked license, and possession of marijuana. (MS/Daytona Beach News Journal) ...So he was either high, stoned, or stupid — quite possibly all three.
