Dumber than 230 Grains of Lead

Clerks at a Walmart store in Winter Haven, Fla., called police when they saw a man drink a beer outside the store, then come in, go straight to the sporting goods counter, put a revolver on the counter, and ask for ammunition to fit it. The clerk refused. The man argued with the clerk, then walked away. When he saw police approaching him, he started screaming that it was his “First Amendment Right” to bear arms. Rodney Gene Lewis, 24, was arrested on multiple charges, including weapons violations and public intoxication.
