Texas game wardens were called to a house in Liberty County just outside the town of Cleveland after a man was “attacked” by a cat. Game wardens Danny Diaz and Adam Broll said it wasn’t a cougar or other wild animal, but rather a tabby — a housecat. Still, the unnamed man and the cat were both injured in the melee, probably from the knife the man was using in the fight. The injuries to both were, in fact, severe: the man was airlifted to a hospital in Houston because the local hospital couldn’t handle his wounds, and the cat was taken to a veterinarian, where it was euthanized. (RC/Cleveland Advocate) ...How did they decide which one to euthanize?
