Fruit Cake Robs Fruit Store
After being fired from Edible Arrangements in Pinellas Park, Fla., Jett Jones returned. Jones, 29, allegedly snuck into the fruit delivery store and hid on top of a freezer for at least two hours until the store closed. He then climbed down and started cutting the cash register’s cord. That’s when an employee returned unexpectedly and told Jones to leave. He did — allegedly grabbing the register and running out with it.
