Good Clean Fun

A hide-and-seek player found a hiding place so good she eventually concluded she would never be found. So the unnamed girl, 11, decided to climb out of the washing machine herself. But while she was curled up inside, her legs fell asleep, and she couldn’t get herself out. Her mother and aunt tried to rescue her with butter, peanut butter and ice, but they couldn’t get her out either. The washer had a stackable dryer over it, so the door didn’t open very far. Eventually, South Jordan, Utah, firefighters removed the dryer, cut the washer to enlarge the opening, and got the girl out. “She won,” said the girl’s mother. “That’s what I tell her. You’re the best at hide-and-seek ever.” (AC/Salt Lake Tribune, KSL Salt Lake City) ...Dumb or dedicated? Maybe it depends whether hide-and-seek gets into the Olympics.
