Hold My Beer and Watch This

An unidentified 18-year-old man in Fountain Hills, Ariz., jumped off the roof of his house to his swimming pool. He missed, and Rural Metro firefighters were unable to revive him. The next week, perhaps inspired by that unsuccessful stunt, another unidentified man in nearby Mesa, Ariz., jumped off his roof to his swimming pool. The 31-year-old missed, landing instead on the pool deck and then rolling into the water. Again Rural Metro firefighters responded; the man was airlifted to a hospital with head injuries.
