It was about 10:00 p.m., and Port Authority police were watching traffic going into the Holland Tunnel from Jersey City, N.J. They saw a car stop to let a man out, and got even more suspicious when the man went into a tunnel booth, so an officer was dispatched to see what was going on. The officer says he found Kevin Nam, 21, defecating in the booth, and charged him with trespassing.
