Incomplete Statement

Katherine Margaret Watson, 37, went into a Walgreens store in Moorhead, Minn. Witnesses say she was wearing a thong, pasties, a “partial” towel, and whipped cream. The store called police. Watson told officers she was a “free thinker” and was “trying to make a statement” with her attire. “She said that if she did this at Sturgis [S.D., known for its annual motorcycle rally], no one would look twice at her,” said police Lt. Tory Jacobson, but she admitted that in Moorhead, it might be “a little over the top.” Watson was cited for indecent exposure and given a ride home.
