Is That a Tuba in Your Car or Are You Just Happy to See Me?

When a New York state trooper pulled over Danielle Conner-Willowglade, 30, he noticed a tuba in her back seat. She told the officer she was a music teacher in nearby Livingston County. Investigators contacted her school and discovered several instruments were missing. Conner-Willowglade allegedly confessed to stealing up to 50 instruments and going with her boyfriend, Nicholas Bump, 32, to sell them in various pawn shops. Bump and Conner-Willowglade allegedly would travel together and then alternate going in to the shops to pawn the instruments. Conner-Willowglade said she carried out the scheme to feed a heroin addiction. Both face multiple charges in several counties.
