As four cars waited for traffic to clear at an intersection in Roseville, Calif., a fifth car came up and hit all four of them, then took off, police say. Thanks to witness descriptions and investigation, police tracked the Honda down and arrested the alleged hit-and-run (with injury) driver, Obiwan Kenobi, 37, at his home.
