Naturally!

The police switchboard in Monongahela, Pa., lit up: a woman had parked her car on Main St., and was topless when she got out of her car. She then proceeded to walk down the “dead center” of the busy street, which stopped traffic in both directions. An officer and a state trooper corralled her, but not before she shed her pants, and allegedly assaulted a woman. Photos of the incident “went viral” online, said Monongahela Police Chief Brian Tempest. “In today’s age, everyone has a cell phone with a camera.” (RC/Monessen Valley Independent) ...So true, thank goodness!
