Now Hear This

When Kenneth Thompson, 26, arrived at his home in Port St. Lucie, Fla., he was drunk, his roommate says. She said she was in the kitchen with a man, and Thompson and the man got into a fight because Thompson thought the man was trying to “get into [her] pants.” During the fight, Thompson admitted “he bit down and twisted his teeth until a piece of [the victim’s] ear came off.” He spit the piece into a coffee cup “because there was creamer in it,” and then put it in the refrigerator. Why? Thompson said he had heard if you lose a tooth, it should be put into creamer. He was charged with aggravated battery. The Florida reporter noted that advice to put teeth into milk “abounds online,” but he couldn’t find any advice about where to put severed ears. (RC/Port St. Lucie News) ...There’s probably lots of advice online about using tapeworms to lose weight, but that doesn’t mean it’s good advice.
