One Monster of a Problem

James Scarborough, 49, of Naples, Fla., crashed his motorcycle into a stand of trees. When troopers came by the hospital to interview him about what had happened, Scarborough said the “Boogeyman” was at fault, and therefore they could not arrest him. He refused to submit to sobriety tests, and became “combative.” Despite those protestations, Scarborough was arrested and charged with DUI, resisting arrest, refusal to submit to a DUI test, and operating a motorcycle without a license. (RC/Naples Daily News) ...Nice try, but the Boogeyman has never been seen south of the Mason-Dixon line.
