Rebel Without a Clue

Suzette Hall, 46, and her partner opened Rebel Beauty, a beauty parlor in Johnstown, Colo. But her partner later told an investigator that the relationship went south when Hall decided to offer haircuts while topless, and then allegedly started offering house calls for more than just haircuts. Hall then moved to nearby Loveland and, according to witnesses, “is charging $45 for topless haircuts and is advertising on Craigslist.” Police arrested Hall, who has nine previous felony convictions. The charge this time: practicing cosmetology without a license. (MS/Longmont Times-Call) ...Selling your body is fine, but how dare you give a haircut without a license!
