Jerald Thomas Navarre, 36, of Iowa City, Iowa, has been arrested — again. In 2011, he was charged with public intoxication and harassing passers-by at a mall. A few months later, he was arrested again, that time for allegedly throwing rocks at homeless people. This time, he allegedly pushed a disabled man off his mobility scooter, injuring him. As police arrested him, he screamed at the victim and witnesses. Navarre prefers to be known by a different name: he says he’s a superhero whose job it is to “protect women,” and he prefers to be known by the name “Captain Save a Ho”. (RC/Iowa Press-Citizen) ...Only a judge can approve a name change, and she’s leaning more toward “Private Rot in Jail”.
