Seeking Gator Aid

O’Hare the Alligator didn’t fly out of the Chicago, Ill., airport; she was found there, having retreated beneath an escalator, and she was rerouted to the Chicago Herpetological Society. Then came the question: how did O’Hare get to O’Hare? The answer, officials learned from an image on social media, was: on the “L” train. Chicago Transit Authority officials said security cameras caught a woman showing the 2-foot reptile to other passengers, who did not seem alarmed. The CTA is seeking more information from train passengers. (AC/Chicago Tribune) ...When the CTA contacted them, passengers said: “Do you expect me to remember every strange creature on the ‘L’?”
