Smash and Grab
Sheriff’s deputies in Lorain County, Ohio, are investigating a burglary. The burglar first stole a semi tractor-trailer truck, and then smashed it into the front of an AdultMart store so he could run off with just one item: an $800 sex toy. “Definitely weird” was the professional opinion of Detective Tony Kovacs. “It’s kind of crazy to steal a vehicle that’s that expensive to break into a store to get some kind of sex toy.” And what sort of sex toy costs $800? Well, Kovacs said delicately, “it’s basically the lower half of a female body.” The thief then drove the semi and parked it where he got it, a half-hour away.
