At 8:33 one Thursday morning, Courtney Ann Sanford, 32, posted to Facebook: “The happy song makes me HAPPY!” At 8:34, a call came in to the High Point, N.C., police: a car had crossed a highway median and crashed into a truck. The car’s driver: Sanford. The truck went off the road and into a tree, but its driver wasn’t injured. Sanford’s car not only left the highway, it caught fire. Sanford was killed.
