Stick-up, Sticky-up — What’s the Difference?

A clerk at a convenience store in Austin, Texas, told police that a man tried to rob him with the aid of an unusual weapon: a caulk gun. Clerk Johnnie Limuel, 68, who knew he was not in danger from the tool, refused to open his cash drawer. The robber, knowing he had nothing to shoot with, hit Limuel with the tool. The clerk fought back, hitting the robber with a trash can. The robber fled with a man police know as a prostitute who dresses as a woman. Police identified the robbery suspect as Jose Alejandro Romero, 17. Romero fled without getting any money, and an arrest warrant has been issued. (RC/Austin American-Statesman) ...That’s one confused kid, and it doesn’t sound like that confusion will be clearing up anytime soon.
