Toughness Comes in Small Packages

Charles Harvey Black III, 22, allegedly photographed a girl over a dressing room wall as she changed into a swimsuit at a Monroe County, Fla., store. The 17-year-old ran out and told the store clerk. Clerk Carrie Goulet, who weighs 110 pounds, marched in and confronted the 6-foot, 250-pound Black. He knocked her down and ran out the door. The “chase was on,” Goulet said. “He made it about a block up Virginia [St.] when he tripped and I thought, ‘This is my shot, I’ve got to grab him right now’.” Goulet tackled the man, giving him an “elbow drop” and landing on top of him. “He was pleading about how sorry he was and to please let him go,” Goulet said. Instead, she held him for police. (MS/Key West Citizen) ...Who promptly took his photo, in full-face and profile.
