“I’m living in a damn nuthouse,” said a neighbor after an arrest in Chickasha, Okla. A man known as “Boo Boo” undressed and made “indecent proposals” to young girls in his apartment building, police say. The resulting police report notes that when apprehended, Joseph Branom, 38, “looked to be sweating heavily,” but when officers got closer they realized he “was not sweating, but had lubed himself all over with cooking oil because he was getting ready to have some fun.” Branom was charged with indecent exposure, and lewd indecent proposals against a child.
