Wild, Wild West

“It was kind of an unusual circumstance,” said Major Shannon Clark of the Tulsa County (Okla.) Sheriff’s Office. The incident began when Joshua Snow saw someone burgling his car outside his house. He grabbed his gun and ran out wearing nothing but his boxers to confront the thieves. “That’s kind of where things get a little gray,” Clark says. Apparently, in the process of chasing off the burglars, Snow knocked on neighbor Jimmy Null’s front door. Seeing an armed man in his underwear on his doorstep, Null reached for his shotgun. “I guess just in the hype of everything taking place, when the guy reached for his own gun, [Snow] fired a shot trying to protect himself and his family,” Clark said. No charges have been filed in the case, and the burglars escaped. (MS/KOKI Tulsa) ...When someone stands their ground against someone standing their ground, who wins?
