A Bit Foggy

Police in Post Falls, Idaho, noticed a car going the wrong way and pulled it over. The driver identified himself as Santa Claus — and had the driver’s license to prove it. Claus, 67, from Washington, admitted to having “three or four beers” and was arrested and charged with DUI: breath testing measured his blood alcohol at .130 and .119 percent. Officers noted Claus was “cooperative throughout” the interview and arrest process. He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless driving and was fined $700.
