A Winning Streak
Tristan Lambright, 29, a skater for Toronto, Ont., Canada, Men’s Roller Derby under the name “Señor Wiener,” isn’t limited to just derby. At a Buffalo (N.Y) Bills’ football game, he streaked across the field before being chased down and arrested. Now, he’s got a whole new claim to fame. Lambright saw a Facebook post about a family with a cat stuck up a tree. “It was a family’s pet,” he said. “The parents and the children would have been pretty devastated if the cat didn’t make it.” So Lambright, an arborist, grabbed a harness, a ladder, a backpack, and some treats. A little while later, he brought the cat down safely. The family captured the rescue on Facebook Live, and the post got thousands of views within a couple of days.
