And Then Her Boyfriend Said

Miranda Kay Rader, 19, a freshman at Texas A&M University in Bryan, crashed her car into a Bryan Police Dept. patrol car — parked in the street with its overhead lights flashing. When the officer ran over to check on the driver, he found Rader with her bra unfastened, and trying to put her shirt back on. “I asked her why she was not dressed while driving,” Officer John Sartell noted in his report, “and she stated that she was taking a Snapchat photo to send to her boyfriend.” Rader was arrested, charged with driving while intoxicated with an open container, and for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
