Eminently Qualified for the NFL

Washington State University junior linebacker Logan Tago, 20, has been given the university’s Center for Community Engagement Community Involvement Award after he put in 240 hours of community service. Tago didn’t exactly volunteer for the time, however: he was ordered to do it by a judge. Tago pleaded guilty to third-degree assault in January 2017 in a plea bargain to avoid a felony robbery conviction; he had hit a man over the head and ran off with the man’s six-pack of beer. Tago also paid $800 in fines and served 30 days in jail. (RC/Seattle Post-Intelligencer) ...Where, he was proud to announce, he was awarded “Best Guest of the Month”.
