Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in Palm Beach, Fla. They discovered Daniel Garguilo, 39, and Michael Rochefort, 38, in a car. Garguilo allegedly had blood on his clothes and appeared to be high. An officer recognized Rochefort as a suspect in several area burglaries, so both men were put in a patrol car and officers began searching their vehicle. While the search was going on, the men discussed their alibi and how they were going to explain the purses and power tools that would be found in the car. They allegedly decided to blame another man who they would claim they dropped off at a nearby gas station. The reason we know about the discussion is because of the camera in the patrol car, which even recorded the two men noticing its presence prior to their discussion.
