Breana Evans pinched the rear of a boy she didn’t know at school — and was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery. She’s 12; the incident took place between classes at Milwee Middle School. The Seminole County, Fla., state attorney says the charge may be dismissed through a diversion program, but Evans thinks the matter has already gone too far. She calls the pinching a “joke” and a common game among students. “I feel like it’s just stupid, just a stupid charge that shouldn’t have to happen,” she said.
