If Your Face Doesn’t Stop Traffic, Try Showing More

Police in Orlando, Fla., responded to a report of a woman walking in traffic. When they arrived they saw Amie Carter, 31, in the middle of the street — dressed as she was born. “Carter appeared to be under the influence [of] a heavy unknown substance,” a police report read. “She appeared in an altered mental state, displaying extremely irrational and volatile behavior.” Carter allegedly stood in front of a car, touching herself in a way inappropriate in public, then climbed onto the hood and threw a cellphone at another car. When officers asked Carter to get out of the road, she refused, and had to be physically removed from traffic. Officers then handcuffed Carter, covered her in a blanket, and took her to jail. (MS/Orlando Sentinel) ...Anywhere else in the country, she could have put someone’s eye out!
