Biohack/Longevity/Age Reversal

Not much to see here …yet.

This is the index for my series of articles and podcast episodes loosely centered around biohacking, longevity, and age reversal — yes, there is such a thing.

  1. Podcast Introduction: Don’t Die in the Next Five Years.
  2. First Things First (5 Things to Do).
  3. Biohacking with Hardware 1: the Apollo Neuro Wearable Band.

Sorry, I decided to Abandon this project, despite pretty widespread interest. Why? Because I couldn’t spend the time to become an expert on this, and I decided that many of the self-described “experts” either really weren’t, or the rapid pace of studies were often contradictory, causing their advice to go out of date very quickly, and I didn’t want to be part of that rat race.

I think there are some very exciting things coming, and the space is worth watching, but it’s still unclear what to do at this point. Various supplements are touted as miracles one month, and debunked as ineffective or, worse, harmful, the next.

The things that seem to remain a constant are the things that can be measured with simple blood tests: keep your Vitamin D and Magnesium in the “ideal” range, which typically require supplementation, and re-read the #2 item above, First Things First. They really, really matter.

Q: Why would I want to pay more than the minimum rate?

A: To support the publication to help it thrive and stay online: this kind of support means less future need for price increases (and smaller increases when they do happen), which enables more people to upgrade. This option was requested by existing Premium subscribers.
