As police were investigating a late-night crime in Tampa, Fla., with two patrol cars parked in the street with their strobe lights flashing, a car drove up and smashed into one of the parked police cruisers, ramming it into the other. Its driver, Nicole Marie Schnell, 32, was arrested for drunk driving. And what were the officers investigating? Another drunk driver.
