Shocking Family Values

John Knudsen, 81, of Ormond Beach, Fla., told police that he got into an argument with his 44-year-old son, also named John Knudsen, after he told his son to “get a job.” The younger Knudsen apparently didn’t like that advice: the father says that his son tried to electrocute him by putting two wires on his chest; the other end was apparently plugged in to the wall. The older man says he blacked out, but was later able to sneak out of the house to call for help. The younger John Knudsen was arrested on charges of attempted first-degree murder, and aggravated assault on an elderly disabled person. The younger man’s motive, police say, was he discovered he was the sole beneficiary of his father’s will. (RC/WKMG Orlando) ...Not anymore.
