Should Have Swiped Left

Amy Brown, 24, met a man online, and they agreed to meet in person — at a hotel in Lynnwood, Wash. As they lay on the bed, Brown asked the man “several times” if he was a serial killer. Police say that after he repeatedly assured her he was not, she replied, “Well, I am a serial killer!” and stabbed him in the chest. The man managed to escape and call for help, and was hospitalized with a collapsed lung. Brown, arrested in the hotel’s parking lot, allegedly admitted the crime to police, saying she planned to eat his heart, and leave a note on his body “explaining that she planned to kill again.” When asked why, she told officers, “I’m a loon!” (RC/Seattle Times) ...So were most of my first dates, but I opted for more public places.
