The Fault in Their Stars

Sebastian Bras is tired of the stress. In 1999, years before his parents gave him control of Le Suquet, a restaurant in Laguiole, France, it had won three Michelin stars. “Today, at 46 years old,” Bras said in an online video, “I want to give a new meaning to my life ... and redefine what is essential.” Evidently not essential: the Michelin stars, which come with the risk that any diner in the restaurant might be a Michelin judge making sure he still deserves the internationally prestigious honor. He wants to give the stars back so he can cook without that constant threat. (AC/London Guardian) ...Then the only people who will be judging his food will be his customers.
