Wasn’t It Supposed to Be a Ribbon and a Tree?

“To be so bold in the middle of the day to do something like this...” Flagler County, Fla., Sheriff’s Office deputy Steve Brandt said. “We want to identify this individual so we can reach out to him and make contact.” Several anonymous complaints have come in about a person tying pantyhose to employee cars in a restaurant parking lot. An employee “saw a man in women’s clothing,” said Michelle Visciglia, who works next door. “And [when] she came out to her car she had the women’s clothing he was wearing on her car.” Visciglia said she runs to her car after work now. “This behavior in and among itself could be many different things,” Brandt said. “We would like to identify this person and talk to them in case this behavior were to escalate into something else.” Authorities did point out that the person has not legally done anything wrong, “as of yet.” (MS/WKMG Orlando) ...Because being odd isn’t illegal, as of yet.
