You’ve Had Enough

Daneshia Lachelle Heller, 19, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., had been ripped off, so she called the police. “He got my money and I want my drugs. Can you send an officer?” That’s right: Heller wanted the police to help her complete her $5 marijuana purchase from her dealer. When Broward County Sheriff’s deputies arrived, they found Heller “talking to herself” — and allegedly in possession of Alpha-PVP, a street drug known as flakka. She was arrested and charged with drug possession, and misuse of the 911 system. (RC/South Florida Sun Sentinel) ...Crime + calling 911 + arrest = misuse?
