A Sticky Situation

A robber in Toronto, Ont., Canada, has been dubbed the “Fresh Breath Bandit” due to what he stole: C$1,528 (US$1,130) worth of chewing gum. Security camera video shows that he took a taxi to a pharmacy, had the cabbie wait, and walked into the candy aisle to fill a garbage bag with gum packs, and then walked out to his waiting cab. But he didn’t take off: he got another trash bag and went back in for more before fleeing in the taxi. York Regional Police say the man is Lester Hosein, 46, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. (RC/Toronto Sun) ...In other words, the gumshoes are on to him.
